We are all touched by light and sound.
Derived from Norval Morrisseau’s “Children of Light and Sound,” Of Light and Sound explores the interconnection of all living things. This exhibition is comprised of the works of Benjamin Chee Chee, David Morrisseau, Norval Morrisseau, and Dorothy Morrison from the LAC collection to honour that interconnection. Animals do not just serve as a resource for humans, but as peers. The human-animal connection is essential to the survival of humanity and our shared home. In this exhibition, Anishinaabe artists explore the relationship between animals and humans through the lens of mutual respect and appreciation.
