Drawing Skills & Watercolour Techniques: Adult Learning

A series of art classes for adults on Wednesday mornings from 9 am until 11 am.  There will be 10 classes in total. In these classes students will explore the fundamentals of drawing, colour theory and watercolour techniques.  The cost is $40 per session with all materials included.

January 17 – Drawing What You See With Pencil

January 31 -Shading with Pencil/Nature Objects

February 14 – Creating Texture with Pencil/Animals

February 28 – Gesture Drawing/Figures Drawing

March 6 – Basics of Drawing Portraits With Pencil

March 20 –  Colour Theory With Watercolour

April 10 – Flowers with Watercolours

April 24 -Painting Birds With Watercolours

May 15 -Watercolour Still Life

May 29 – Watercolour Landscapes

To register, please complete payment in advance of the class by purchasing tickets below. Tickets close 3 hours before class begins.

Cancellations: Requests for refund received in writing at least 2 days in advance of an education program start date are eligible for a refund minus a $10 administration fee, or a full credit towards another education program. Late cancellations are non-refundable, credits will determined case by case at the sole discretion of the LAC.
