LAC FUNDRAISER AT CRAVE: grill & pub

Tues, June 7 @ 11am-10pm

Support your local arts centre, EAT at CRAVE on Tues June 7 from 11am to 10pm and a portion of the total of your bill will go to the LAC – NO EXTRA COST TO YOU thanks to our friends at CRAVE and to YOU!

Save the date, bring friends, bring a date, buy your workplace lunch, get take out and help us make this day great for CRAVE and for the LAC!

ARTS @ THE MARINA

July 2 & 3, 10am-5pm

Bring the whole family out to enjoy a wide variety of artwork and entertainment at Leamington’s beautiful waterfront. Dozens of artists on display featuring unique and creative pieces spread out across the park grounds. Admission is by donation only, so come for a stroll, enjoy handmade arts and crafts, live local music, food, craft beer and wine.

MEET THE CANDIDATES: Arts & Culture Edition

Sept. 29, 6:30pm

The evening will welcome and feature the Municipal Election Candidates for Leamington. The focus will be for each candidate to discuss the state of arts and culture in Leamington and how the arts fits into their plans and vision for Leamington, how they see the LAC and other arts and culture organizations fitting in, events like Mill St Market, Arts @ the Marina, and more.

The evening will give arts and culture stakeholders, members, donors, artists/artisans, and all arts supporters in the region an opportunity to listen, ask questions and help them to make an informed vote.

The Municipal Election and the support of the municipality is extremely vital to the LAC and other arts & culture organization in our town, their programs and services which support Leamington residents, tourism and economic development.

Doors will open at 6:30pm with refreshments, meet and greet, and the event will commence promptly at 7:00pm.

Ticket price is $65 and includes 2 drink tickets, a personal charcuterie plate, all painting materials and instruction for the night! Register groups of 4 or more for $60 each.

To complete registration, please complete the registration form and pay in advance of the class. Payment can be sent by e-transfer to director@leamingtonartscentre.com, credit card over the phone, payment in person, or by PayPal (see below). You will be alerted once your registration is complete.

A SIGNATURE CHRISTMAS: indoor artists market

The LAC presents a Signature Christmas indoor Artist Market. This annual arts and crafts show offers perfect unique and beautiful gifts for everyone on your list! Come see a festive presentation of jewelry, pottery, ceramics, driftwood and woodworking arts and crafts, acrylic, oil and watercolour paintings, photography and much more; handmade items to fit every budget from stocking stuffers to signature gifts. Everyone is certain to enjoy shopping in a warm Christmas setting in this month-long “holiday store” with free visitor admission!
